Direct Control provides real-time integration allowing comments to be used immediately, and delivered for use via email or voicemail. It also allows you add bespoke audio to ensure effective 2-way communication. You can allocate as many numbers as you want to be directed to a specific comment line that can be managed through your Direct Control account. This allows you to place different types of numbers in different media to attract various demographics.
Direct Control allows you to analyse the popularity of your call routes to ascertain the most successful, which in turn allows you to roll out Comment Lines that you know will maximise participation.
